Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your session. To ensure that we can offer the best service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • Please contact us by phone (call or text) as early as possible.
  • If a session is cancelled 48 hours or more prior to the arranged session time, there is no charge.
  • Less than 48 hours prior to arranged time incurs 100% of agreed fee (except where an in-person session can alternatively be booked as an online or phone session on the same day).

How to Cancel or Reschedule

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us as early as possible. You can reach us by phone or text at 0408 233451. Early communication helps us to accommodate your needs with rescheduling, and offer the time slot to another client. If you need to cancel outside of our business hours, please leave a message, and we will confirm your cancellation as soon as possible. If a face-to-face session has been arranged but you would prefer an online or telephone session on the same day please contact us at least 24 hours prior.

Cancellation Fees

  • 48 Hours or More Notice: If you cancel your session 48 hours or more before the scheduled time, there will be no charge for the cancellation.
  • Less Than 48 Hours Notice: If you cancel your session less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, a 100% fee will be incurred.
  • Exception: If you are unable to attend an in-person session, you may reschedule the session as an online or phone session on the same day without incurring the cancellation fee. This must be done at least 24 hours prior to the session day.

Why This Policy?

We have a cancellation policy in place to ensure that we can effectively manage our schedule and provide the best possible service to all Improve Your Life clients. It can be difficult to re-allocate sessions due to last-minute cancellations which affects our ability to assist other clients in need. With advance notification we can manage to meet the needs of all those engaging with Improve Your Life.
